Updates to the P&P Builder for the 2024-25 award year will be live Friday, June 7, 2024. This year, the 2023-24 P&P Builder template will remain available until archival on Friday, June 28, 2024. This functionality allows schools to finish any updates to their manual for the current award year. To move forward with updates to policies and procedures for the 2024-25 award year as soon as the template becomes available, within the tool, click “Start a New Manual.” This step is very important, there will not be a forced push to the new template until archival takes place at the end of June. Starting a new manual prompts rollover to the 2024-25 template. There is no need to worry, the process of rolling over previous versions of your manual to the new template is quick and easy. Once the manual is rolled over, updates can continue.

Blue Icon Advisors' upcoming Let's Talk session, on Thursday, June 13, will discuss how to effectively communicate professional judgment (PJ) opportunities and processing strategies to manage volume and assist students.
