After a comprehensive and competitive selection process involving detailed presentations, interviews, and thorough reference checks, the NASFAA Presidential Search Committee (PSC) has chosen Russell Reynolds Associates, a respected national search firm, to assist us in identifying and recruiting our next leader.

The committee is excited to begin actively engaging with stakeholders — including all of you, our valued NASFAA members. Your feedback is crucial as we work to define the key experiences, attributes, and leadership skills necessary for our next President and CEO.
