How Did the Spring FAFSA Debacle Impact Pittsburgh-Area Colleges?

It was a 'reactive year' full of delays and surprises that could have hindered enrollments, especially at regional public schools or less-selective institutions, said Jill Desjean, director of policy analysis with the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.

'I don't think it's outside the realm of the possible that this year's FAFSA cycle has contributed to enrollment drops, at least at some institutions,' Ms. Desjean said."
