Subject: Gainful Employment Electronic Announcement #102 - Corrected Subject Line for Final GE Debt-to-Earnings (D/E) Rate Letters
As we announced in Gainful Employment Electronic Announcement #100, on Sunday, January 8, 2017 we distributed final Debt Measure Year 2015 Gainful Employment (GE) Debt-to-Earnings (D/E) rates to institutionally-designated Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) mailboxes. As part of this distribution, we included a letter, sent in SAIG message class GELFLEOP, to the institution’s chief executive officer that provided the institution’s final GE D/E rates.
We are aware that the subject line of the letter to chief executive officers was incorrectly titled as “2016 Gainful Employment Draft Debt-to-Earnings Rates", although the body of the letter correctly contains the final D/E rates. We apologize for this oversight and have re-transmitted the final GE D/E rates letters to all institutions under SAIG message class GELFLEOP, with the correct subject line “Gainful Employment Final Debt-to-Earnings Rates”.
