Registration is now open! The NASFAA 2024 National Conference will be held in person June 16-19, 2024 in Milwaukee, WI. 

Registration Fees

*Value members receive a 5% discount, and Value Plus members receive a 10% discount beyond the first fully paid registration at their institution. Discount is not available for on-site registrations.

Your registration fee includes:

• Beverage breaks and afternoon snacks.
• An opening reception on Sunday night with drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
• Special event on Monday night with drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
• Access to all sessions and all exhibits.
• Access to session handouts for six months following the event.

Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses. Please note, plated meals are not provided.

Accommodations

Sign Language Service Requests

Requests for sign language interpreters should be emailed to [email protected] no later than April 12, 2024; requests for accommodations submitted after the deadline will be considered, but NASFAA may not be able to provide the requested accommodation due to lack of advance notice.

The Milwaukee Baird Center Convention Center is ADA compliant.

Cancellation / Change of Attendee Policy

When you register for the conference, you are agreeing to comply with the following cancellation fee schedule:

• $25 cancellation fee through May 10, 2024
• $50 cancellation fee May 11 through May 24, 2024
• $75 cancellation fee May 25 through 5:00 p.m. ET June 7, 2024
• $0 refund on June 7, 2024 or later (see Cancellation Due to Illness policy below)

Please note: These fees apply to both "Pay Now" and "Pay Later" registrations. If you do not cancel, or complete the Change of Attendee Form to indicate who will attend in your place, by 5:00 p.m. ET on June 7, 2024 you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed. Once you note a replacement attendee, no cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Due to Illness or Potential COVID Symptoms 

If you experience any symptoms associated with COVID-19 leading up to or during the conference, or are required to quarantine according to CDC requirements for having been exposed to COVID-19, or have other coronavirus restrictions that will not allow you to attend the conference, you may complete the Cancellation Form and indicate so in the "Reason for Cancellation" field. You will be issued a full refund. We thank you for your dedication to helping prevent any potential spread and to keeping other conference attendees and staff safe.
