NASFAA Conference Housing And Registration Now Open
It's time to start planning for July. NASFAA's 2009 National Conference will be held in sunny San Antonio, Texas from July 12 to 15. Don't miss it!
The NASFAA Conference is a great way to:
keep up-to-date on regulations and legislation
learn new skills and gain new information and perspectives
form new professional relationships with others in the field
build or maintain existing professional relationships
hear about the latest research and trends
find out about new products and services
discover ways to be more efficient and effective as a financial aid professional
In addition, the NASFAA conference committee is working on an intense program that you will not want to miss. More information about the speakers and sessions that will be offered will be posted on the Web site and included in Today's News soon.
Housing
Housing for the NASFAA conference is now open. NASFAA has negotiated room rates with four hotels - the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, Marriott Rivercenter, Marriott Riverwalk, and Hilton Del Palacio. All sessions, meal functions and exhibits will be located in the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center. Please visit the Housing page on the Conference Web site to begin the housing reservation process.
Registration
There are two ways two register for the conference:
You can register using our new, improved online registration system! It's easy, fast, and allows you to pay online using your credit card in a secure environment. You can even proof your name badge prior to checking out. You will need your NASFAA username and password to begin the registration process. Just go to the conference registration Web page and select Online Registration Form on the left side of the page.
If you do not have a username and password, you can quickly create a myNASFAA account online. You do not need to be a member of NASFAA to create a myNASFAA account.
You can also submit a paper registration form the old fashioned way. Just download and print the registration form, which is posted online.
