Housing
If you have not yet booked your hotel room, you may want to do so soon. The Marriott Rivercenter is offering an early-bird rate of $179 per night (plus taxes) until April 30th. As an extra incentive they are also including their Wired for Business package - a $14 value - which includes in room Internet, local phone calls and domestic U.S. long distance to those reservations that are made by the April 30th deadline. The early bird rate and wired for business package will be applied to new and existing reservations. If you already have your reservation at the Marriott Rivercenter you do not need to do anything to get the Early Bird Room Rate and the Wired for Business package - these changes will occur automatically.
In addition to the Marriott Rivercenter, rooms are still available at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, Marriott Riverwalk, and Hilton Palacio del Rio. All sessions, meal functions and exhibits will be located in the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center which is an easy, short walk from all of the hotels.
