America's Student Loan Providers is launching The Landscape listserv for the financial aid community.
The Lanscape will contain media articles that offer unique or important perspectives on federal student aid policy and will also include and invite commentary on these articles and other issues of the day. The Lanscape will be moderated and published on a regular basis.
"ASLP's new listserv is not intended to duplicate other fine listservs," ASLP executive director Kevin Bruns said. "Rather, it will publish select articles that offer a fresh or overlooked perspective and would be of interest to the financial aid and student loan communities.
"During this extraordinary period in which broader economic, budget policy and politics create enormous challenges for the federal student loan program, The Lanscape seeks to be a forum for insightful and rational debate."
