Sleeping Room Cancellation Policy

Reservations for 10 or more rooms: Reservations can be made via mail or fax only. A deposit of one night's room and tax is required at time of reservation for each room reserved. Deposits are to be made by check only (payable to San Antonio Housing Bureau). A rooming list for all rooms reserved must be received by the housing bureau no later than May 12, 2009. If a room is reserved, but the rooming list has not been submitted, the room will be cancelled without penalty. A charge of one night's room and tax will be assessed for each room cancelled after May 12 or if you do not cancel or do not arrive (no-show).

Reservations for less than 10 rooms: A credit card guarantee or check (payable to San Antonio Housing Bureau), for one night's room and tax is required at the time of reservation for each room reserved. Credit cards will not be charged except for cancellations after June 17, 2009. A cancellation fee of one night's room and tax will be assessed for each room cancelled after June 17 or if you do not cancel or do not arrive (no-show).
