Professional Judgment: It's Your Decision
Fall Training Workshop Materials Available for Sale
If you were unable to attend NASFAA's Fall 2000 Workshop Series "Professional Judgment: It's Your Decision; Guiding Principles for Making Wise Decisions," you can now order the reference materials distributed at the sessions. A limited supply of the materials will be available for shipment beginning December 22, 2000.
The 1998 Reauthorization made statutory changes to student eligibility, cost of attendance, and needs analysis provisions. As such, the focus of the workshop series was on two topics: Professional Judgment and Expected Financial Assistance.
The Materials
The Fall Workshop materials:
- provide a comprehensive review of the concept of professional judgment;
- examine some guiding principles for its use; and
- explore the impact of other financial assistance on student eligibility.
